Your Private Conference Appointment Reminder

Hi.

It was great speaking with you today. I have you schedule for about an hour to an hour and a half of private conference time with Dr. Henny for a complete and comfortable examination.

At your appointment, we will discuss:

• your goals,
• evaluate the appearance of your teeth and smile,
• look at the function of your bite,
• and look at the health of your teeth and gums.

Dr. Henny will then conference with you and the two of you will make a plan on what to do next.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 to 48 hours notice so we can give your appointment time to another patient.
