Crowns or “caps” are used to restore teeth which have suffered extensive damage due to decay or fracture. Crowns are also used to improve the appearance of teeth.

Crowns can be made of porcelain, porcelain and metal or all metal. Location, ethetic and function demands are considered when selecting which type of crown to use. Crowns generally cover over most of a tooth whereas a veneer will only cover over part of the tooth.

No more cavities!

I have been told by dentists my whole life that I have soft teeth and that I was never brushing and flossing enough. I have had cavities since I was at least six years old, and had continued to have them well into my 40's. Dr. Henny was the first dentist to show me that my issue was not that I had soft teeth or wasn't brushing enough. He told me that I had a mouth infection likely since I was a little kid, and it was the infection that was causing my problems! This blew me away! Dr. Henny helped me adjust my diet as well eliminate the infection Now I can finally look forward to going to the dentist without being told I have yet another cavity!!! I am so happy that I found this office!
